"Middle Eastern cuisine is abundant and generous. It is a culture and heritage full of big and bold flavors. It’s a way of eating that has the power to connect people."
The Egyptian chef grew up in Egypt; the land of the pyramids. He always had a passion of food, and cooking and an interest to combine flavors in authentic, yet unique, Middle Eastern dishes. He cooks "with his heart and not with his hands."
He opened his food catering service in 2010, he brought his family recipes with him. “This is all from my mom, the tastes from home are still in my mouth and I try to bring it out of memory to share it with all my customers.”

I'm passionate about the food, cooking it, and sharing it.
